We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on release credits purchased from The AI Press Release, operated by Serial Marketer LLC. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@theaipressrelease.com with your order details and we'll help process it through Paddle.
Used credits
If a release credit has already been consumed to publish a release, that credit is generally not refundable. Unused credits within the 30-day window are fully refundable.
